Eat Your Dessert First

Study results publish in the July 2013 Journal of the American Dental Association titled, “The effects of beverages on plaque after a sugary challenge”, showed that sugary or acidic food consumed at the end of a meal makes your plaque more acidic, which in turn may make you more likely to have cavities. The study suggests that if you consume non-acidic or non-sugary food or drinks (like milk) at the end of a meal you may be less likely to get cavities. Maybe we should eat our dessert first?
